need to put together a program to educate and give the necessary tools and techniques required

need to put together a program to educate and give the necessary tools and techniques required
after the loss of her husband.
Upon searching for a program based on widows, Dawn could not find such a group in existence. There are other support groups around, but losing your spouse is an entirely different experience and feeling than anything else. Only other widows can truly understand that empty, lost, numb feeling that is like no other. I am not discrediting or reducing other people’s losses or grief, it is just different.
Dawn will focus on the feelings and emotions, needs and coping skills of a widow.
You have lost your life partner. Some of you may have lost a partner that you have been with for decades. Others, it may have been a short time, but it does not lessen that loss of your partner.
There has been a complete destruction of identity. You are no longer a twosome. You have built, or were building, a life of identity together in an equation of two.
