Walking through my own grief, I knew one thing for certain: no widow should ever have to struggle or walk this path alone. That vision became my mantra—and the heartbeat of The Wise Widow.

With a background in adult education, I design and facilitate transformative programs that meet widows and widowers exactly where they are. From deeply personalized one-on-one support, to intimate group connections, to immersive retreats, each offering creates a safe, compassionate space to be seen, understood, and gently guided forward.

Now a Certified Grief Educator and Certified Grief Journal Coach, I blend lived experience with professional training—combining psychoeducation, nervous system awareness, reflective writing, and guided conversation to help clients move from surviving to rebuilding. My work bridges heart and science, honoring both the emotional and physiological realities of grief.

Rooted in Alberta, Canada, my vision is bold and unwavering: to reach as many widows and widowers as possible until The Wise Widow becomes a trusted, recognizable name in spousal grief support—a place where isolation softens, hope returns, and no one has to navigate widowhood alone.
