Young children, no. Mature teens that can mentally cope with the conversations presented are welcome to attend with an adult that they are supporting. However, every person in attendance must pay the workshop fee.
Supplies for the workshop are included. You may want to bring a snack, and bring lunch if you plan on staying during the lunch break. Bring tea, coffee, or water as you require. You are welcome to bring a yoga mat and/or blanket for quiet times or self reflection.
A 1-day workshop is available. However, if a 2-day workshop is available in your area and you can only attend 1 day, the fee will be adjusted for 1 day.
No. the Wise Widow does not do referrals. Every area has its own professionals. We do not give recommendations or referrals.
NO! If you are not comfortable with some of the activities, or sharing, you do not have to. This is individually based on what you feel comfortable doing.
